Loowatt Home Toilet


The Home toilet with a manual flush allows users to enjoy the safety and comfort of a private toilet within, or close to the home.

​Designed for use in locations where electricity is unavailable or unaffordable, the toilet can function entirely off-grid. It's ideal for densely populated settings, where water is scarce, and building new infrastructure is not possible. ​Loowatt’s patented technology seals waste away, ensuring a clean and hygienic experience. The waste is securely contained in a barrel beneath the toilet.
The Home toilet is water and chemical free, meaning there is no need for mains connection, water storage or pump trucks.
Waste is collected and processed locally. This can include waste-to-energy, where the waste is converted into biofuel or fertiliser.
