Loowatt Ltd. Terms & Conditions
Use of the website is provided by Loowatt and is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
Your use constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions as at the date of your first use of the site.
For the purpose of this agreement the term “we” means Loowatt Ltd. and the “facilities” means the Loowatt Lounge Area and Loowatt Toilets.
You agree to purchase the Loowatt tickets for the sum indicated on the Loowatt website, or by one of our approved distributors as outlined on Loowatt.com. The Loowatt ticket entitles one person to use the facilities during the hours stated on the event specific terms and conditions. You must have a valid festival entry ticket to gain access to the Loowatt facilities.
Whilst wristband numbers are restricted we cannot guarantee that queuing will not be necessary. You acknowledge you may have to queue to use the facilities and no refunds will be given due to queue length.
We reserve the right for the facilities to be moved to another location within the event site should it be necessary.
Children aged 2 – 12 must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older, who purchased a Loowatt ticket or a PAYG entry to the Loowatt lounge area.
Loowatt tickets are not transferable between different persons over the course of the event and must be secured on your wrist. Proof of purchase may be requested. Lost, broken, copied or defaced wristbands will be unacceptable and will result in access to the facilities being denied.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to the facilities and the right to discontinue services at our sole discretion.
You use the facilities at your own risk. We exclude all liability of any loss, injury or damage caused by using the facilities except any injury caused by our negligence
You acknowledge you may be photographed, videotaped or audio recorded inside the Loowatt lounge public area but not inside the Loowatt’s toilets. The medias generated are all rights reserved by Loowatt Ltd. and may be used for commercial purposes without any compensation.
Whilst Loowatt Ltd. will use reasonable endeavours to ensure our facilities are fully operational over the course of the event we accept no liability should an equipment failure result in the facilities having to be closed for maintenance. In the unlikely event that the festival is cancelled for any reason by the event organizer we again accept no liability and no refunds will be given.
Tickets should be collected at the Loowatt site, hours and location according to the event specific terms and conditions.
Loowatt reserves the rights to change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
Refund Policy
We are committed to excellent customer service. If you are not 100% satisfied, we ask that refund requests are placed up to 7 days after the final day of the event.
We are unable to refund any booking fees.
Refund requests will be accepted at the sole discretion of Loowatt Ltd. If a refund request is accepted, refunds will be issued within 14 days to the same payment card or PayPal account used to make the initial purchase.
If you are unable to attend an event, you must provide us with 48 hours notice prior to the start of the event in order to receive a refund
Refunds will not be processed for customers who made use of the facilities at the event, unless otherwise agreed with Loowatt Ltd. qualified staff, which will be on the basis of a legitimate complaint.
Legitimate reasons for a refund do not include concerns regarding our location, opening times, queues, or other complaints related to unpredictable circumstances in events.
Refunds cannot be processed for ‘pay as you go’ customers.
For customers who paid in cash at the event, refunds cannot be issued unless a receipt was given at the customer’s request, and a confirmed verbal or written agreement was made at the event with a member of Loowatt Ltd. qualified staff.
